Back on the road in 2007 and back in favour with runners, the Olympic Dream is set for new impetus in 2008 when it is held on Sunday, 27 July.
For the first time since inception the event will be held before the Olympics which start in Beijing on 8 August and you can be a part of that spirit in either the 5 or 10k which starts in Birrarung Marr alongside the Yarra River.
With nearly 4000 runners and walkers taking part in 2007 the Olympic Dream, Melbourne’s longest established fun run is building a new history.
So join in and support our Olympians as they ready themselves for one of the great dreams of their lives.
